Resellers - Do you have
a problem?

time to time I am contacted by purchasers of my products,
telling me about problems they have encountered with HermitWare
Resellers.
Sometimes,
I cannot track the reseller down, so will post problems
here in the hope this will eventurally reach them. (If you
know them, please let them know - thanks.)

Note:
There are several problems with your site which I need to
discuss with you. The most urgent is that your customers
cannot download their purchase as the link is broken, and
you appear to have given no email contact information on
your site - only mine.
Resellers:
Please ensure you put YOUR email address on your sales and
download pages, so that you can provide customer service
yourself.
